Following the maintenance, there have been reports of non-receipt and non-delivery of SITA Type/B messages. Additional troubleshooting work was done on Type/B gateways and functionality was restored.

A few customers have reported degradation of service during the work up until 8:00am CEST. This is related to incorrect set-up traffic routing that existed on their sites before this maintenance work was done - raise a Support Ticket if problems persist for more detailed diagnosis.
